Refund Policy

At Tiny Terrains RC, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products/services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are available for new items returned in the same condtion as shipped

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase/delivery

  • Product must be in its original condition

Refund Process

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the refund request

  3. If approved, return the item (if applicable) as per our instructions

  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund

Refund Timeframe

  • Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of approval

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method

Non-Refundable Items/Services

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Any and all sale or discounted items. 

Cancellation of Services

For ongoing services:

  • Cancellations must be requested 15 days before the next billing cycle

  • Prorated refunds may be issued for unused portions of prepaid services

Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy at our discretion. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
